I’m Matilda Moore — a Melbourne-based yoga teacher and founder of HABITUAL, an online yoga and movement series created to offer a space to slow down and return to yourself.
HABITUAL is about reconnecting with your body through slow flow yoga, mobility-based movement, and strength-focused practices that support embodied living and inner steadiness.
